1. Scope of Services
JTPS Advisory Co. offers:
Individual & business tax preparation and planning
Self-employed & 1099 tax services
Business advisory and consulting
Coaching and mentorship for aspiring tax professionals
Educational blog and downloadable resources
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be booked through our online calendar system (integrated with GoHighLevel). You agree to:
Choose the correct service type
Show up on time or cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
Pay any applicable consultation fees when required
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees or forfeiture of service.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments for services are due upfront unless otherwise agreed. We accept secure payments via Stripe or Square.
Refunds:
Refunds are not guaranteed once services have begun
If an error is made on our part, we will work to correct it promptly
Refunds for coaching or mentorship programs must be requested within the timeframe stated in the onboarding agreement (if applicable)
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We are committed to keeping your personal and financial information secure and confidential. We use secure systems and follow IRS data protection guidelines.
However, you agree not to share login details or confidential material provided through our services with unauthorized third parties.

6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete documentation
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
Review and sign any engagement letters or agreements before work begins
Acknowledge that your return or advice is only as accurate as the information you provide
You are ultimately responsible for the content of your tax return.
7. Mentorship & Coaching Services
If you enroll in our coaching or mentorship program:
You understand results vary and success is not guaranteed
You will complete agreed-upon action steps to get the most from the program
Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be distributed or resold
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate guidelines or act in bad faith.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, downloads, and resources, is the intellectual property of JTPS Advisory Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
You may use materials for personal or business use related to our services but may not sell or exploit them commercially.
9. Disclaimers
